With our guests and sent each one home with a special surprise too. First off we sent out invites to our guest to invite them over for a fun afternoon. The afternoon before they arrived I sat with my oldest 2 children and we setup the mansion, the pool and the 2 additional playsets included.
They had a blast helping and my son got a bit jealous. He has a ton of boy legos and was jealous by some of the pieces included in with the Barbie sets. Such as a flat screen tv, slices of pizza, hotdogs, and those a few. He asked me why the boys sets don’t come with cool things like that. I honestly wasn’t sure how to answer that one…LOL
They are really cool.
They were a huge hit, not only with my children but with our guests too. They couldn’t get over the mansion and how you could switch out each floor to completely design a whole new layout. You could honestly spend hours switching it all around.
The pool is also awesome and can’t be changed all around too. We set them both up like the directions told us, but during the party they played with rearranging them. It also came with 2 additonal seperate playsets and each of our guests got to take their very own playset home.
Before they left we had them open their gift and get out the Barbie included. We let them dress them up and had our own fashion show. You can see in some of the pices above that they are showing off their creations.
We also provided yummy treats for our guests as well. We all had so much fun and we had a blast introducing all of the products with our guests. They were a huge hit and we have gotten some great feedback from our guests. They took their sets home and have been having so much fun playing with them too. Bet it won’t be long before they are adding to their collections too.
I have felt like a kid all over again playing with it with my daughter. My son got in the mix real quick too and not for long. You know how boys can be with Barbie things. There was a Ken included and he got in the mix to take Ken for a dip in the pool and take a lounge with a slice of pizza. He even got in the pics to show us Kens duds too. Not many boys would have done that!!
